The location was PERFECT! unit 301 was a very spacious condo. My only complaint was the bedroom layout. The 2nd bedroom was directly attached to the master with one adjoining bathroom. I would definitely stay here again though. It was very well stocked with towels and washcloths as well. It was a very pleasant place to stay
this is a condo it is ok.hinestly could be aired out a bit more. it smells like summer camp cabins. I don't like it, but nothing a few candles and open doors can't fix! I love the loft style I HATE the serial stairs to the loft. otherwise it is a nice place. not new or up dated but not so old it ruins the stay keep it clean, and it will stay clean also remember, ITS RIGHT in front of the ocean. like legit, there were less than 30 steps from the room to the beach. I'll check out more later.
Love the location, especially being right on the beach. Definitely a good value for the price. Nice, clean pool out front. Dislike the spiral staircase for the upstairs bedroom. Furniture in unit is very old and feels moist. Couch and chair could use to be replaced, as well as the mattresses. Cleaning staff does mediocre work. Unit usually needs some cleaning up on arrival. Touch surfaces, especially doors/door handles are filthy. They never seem to mop the floors. Otherwise, we love the place. We've been coming here for years and will continue to.
Nice lil get away but, coming to this place makes me appreciate the Outer Banks even more. The beach here is crowded, way to many people for me. We are staying in an old motel that has been up fitted to be condos. Air B&B
